Kidyo


Ingredients:

1½ kg - Refined Flour (Maida)
1 cup - Coconut Water (Tender Coconut)
2 nos - Eggs
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste (optional)
Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions :

- Knead flour with coconut water, salt ,eggs and sugar (optional).
- Make small balls of this dough and roll each ball spreading on a fork or clean comb (To make that impression).
- Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
